After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details.
We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering.

We ship our goods via either Australia Post eParcel or a range of Couriers, depending on the location and urgency of delivery to ensure you receive your purchase as quickly and safely and with the least cost to you as possible.
- Your order will not be dispatched until we receive full payment.
- Items sent via Courier CANNOT be delivered to a PO Box address, Parcel Collect, Parcel Locker, ParcelPoint, POPStation or POPShop etc.
- Most stock is sourced directly from suppliers once a customer order is accepted. This is to ensure overheads are kept to a minimum and to ensure that we are able to pass on the best prices to you.
- It may happen, from time to time, that our supplier advises that the item you ordered is either discontinued or out of stock / on backorder.
- In such a case we will let you know as soon as we are advised and will offer you the choice of waiting for the item or a refund.
If you require insurance, please let us know so we can arrange insurance on your behalf.
We do not allow collection from our warehouse.
Most major local suppliers either deliver directly to your address or deliver the ordered items to our warehouse within 5-7 business days of order.
Smaller suppliers can take 1-2 weeks.
Once the items have arrived in our warehouse, there can be up to another 1-2 business days for processing and dispatch.
Depending on the chosen shipping method (Australia Post or Courier) there may be another 2-7 days for your item to reach you.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation. Please then allow for standard Australia Post or Courier delivery times (see below).
The estimated delivery date for items ordered depends on where you live. It is calculated from the time that you receive the "Order Dispatched" email, not from the time the order was placed. These are estimates only, based on information provided by Australia Post and our Courier partners:
3-5 days New South Wales / Victoria / ACT / South Australia / Queensland
3-7 days Tasmania / Western Australia
4-10 days Northern Territory
Please allow an additional 1-2 days for regional areas on top of the above times.
International customers, because of the nature of our products and the shipping restrictions imposed, we are unable to deliver orders to international addresses at present. All products must be delivered to an Australian address.
Multiple Item Orders:
In order to keep our fees as low as possible, with multiple orders (from the same manufacturer) we will usually ship orders when all items on the order are available to dispatch.
Where there has been a significant delay in supplying outstanding items, we may split orders and dispatch available items at no extra cost.
If No-One Is Available To Accept Delivery:
If the customer is absent at the time of delivery, items will be taken to a local depot or post office. A calling card will be left at the delivery address, containing all relevant contact details.
Please note that there are limitations on all courier networks and some remote delivery addresses will not be serviced door-to-door. In these cases, the couriers will deliver to a local depot or Australia Post Office and the customer will be contacted to collect from there.
For certain large items shipping to metro areas such as fridges, washing machines, large screen televisions etc, we will arrange a point-to-point courier. They will contact the customer and arrange a convenient delivery time.
Courier deliveries cannot be made to PO Box addresses.
All shipping charges are based on the weight and dimensions of the product. Shipping costs can be calculated before Checkout based on your specific delivery suburb. To obtain a shipping quote, add the item to your cart, enter your address details and press the "Get a Quote" button - you will be provided with a quote for delivery to your chosen location. There is NO OBLIGATION to complete the transaction if you are unhappy with the shipping costs.
Please note, we do not allow international shipping at the present time. All products must be delivered to an Australian address.
Damaged Deliveries or Incorrect Supply:
If products are received damaged, faulty or not as advertised, please contact us immediately to resolve the problem. We will evaluate the case and arrange to have your product tested and, if necessary, replaced and exchanged. Please contact us for further details.
We cannot accept returns for "change of mind" reasons.
Also we cannot accept returns for items that have been misused or purchased for use with incompatible products.
Most Consumer Electronics products are covered by a minimum 12 month manufacturers warranty, but statutory warranties impose longer timeframes usually based on a "reasonbleness test". If you have a problem with your product within this period, we will assist with further details for repair/replacement.
